Important Notice: The price in your cart is only guaranteed for 15 minutes due to live market rate updates.
03. Exchange & Buy-Back Policy
- Gold exchange is based on the current market rate minus a standard melting loss/wastage fee.
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for direct returns but may be exchanged for store credit.
- Original certificates and invoices must be presented for any buy-back requests.
04. Shipping & Insurance
All high-value shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep. We require a valid ID and a signature upon delivery. Vaishno Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local logistics issues in international territories.
