With over three decades of dedication, Mr. Sharma built Vaishno Jewellers from a single bench in Ason Tole into one of Kathmandu’s most revered jewellery houses. Trained under master artisan Bhim Bahadur Shrestha, he mastered the ancient Newari repoussé technique before fusing it with Italian lost-wax casting.

His philosophy — that every piece must carry the soul of its maker — has earned the trust of thousands of families across Nepal and beyond.

Arjun returned from Florence — where he studied at the Istituto d’Arte — carrying a deep reverence for European high jewellery traditions and an equal devotion to preserving his family’s Newari roots.

He now leads design at Vaishno Jewellers, crafting collections that speak to modern Nepali women while honouring centuries of Valley artisanship. His bridal sets become heirlooms before they leave the workshop.
